today we enabled s1 v2 signatures for public in testing mode.
check credit consumtion table in setoolforum for prices.
that means, setool2 users with sufficient credits amount can unlock from
network x10,e10,e15,m1,u20,w100,w150 phones, despite of codes attempt
counter.
because of price, i'm strongly recommend to use unlock via codes for w100,w150 phones
today we enabled s1 v2 signatures for public in testing mode.

anybody with locked or not locked x10i,x10a,so-01b, please come here.

lets make some tests.
1.
make sure your x10i,x10a have standard semc android 2.1 firmware.
if not, flash such firmware.
2.
go to
menu->settings->applications->development->enable usb debugging, check it.
install "adb drivers" ( drivers\adb_drivers\x10_drivers )
3.
power off phone.
go to pda tab, select x10 as model, on options check "signed mode,altbypass mode,do full unlock instead usercode reset", fill any valid username/password.
press unlock.
when prompted detach phone, turn it on fully, connect it again.
( or you can leave phone on cable, then power it on manually )
DO NOT DETACH PHONE FROM AFTER PROCEDURE STARTED, YOU CAN KILL YOUR PHONE, ONLY RIFF JTAG WILL HELP

Greetings.
Let's make some tests.
1.
download [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
2.
make sure you have firmware with android 2.x, NOT 1.6.
flash required firmware, if needed.
3.
power on phone without sim card, go to menu->settings->applications->development, enable "usb debugging"
connect phone to PC, install drivers from setool2 v1.1099 distr ( drivers\ADB_Drivers)
hint:
i suggest to import DisableADBNumbering.reg, however that is not required.
4.
select proper phone model.
on settings check signed mode, use alternative security bypass, do full unlock instead usercode reset
press unlock
follow program directions.
hint:
when program tells "warming up...", manually power on phone fully, cause it will automatically enter charging mode.
after you see "GETTING ROOT ACCESS ..." DO NOT TOUCH PHONE until procedure complete.
it can happen ( very unlikely, though ) that ADB server will not recognize phone after reboot, so
IF phone not detecting automatically and on status bar you can see "waiting for phone...", again - only in that case - disconnect phone from usb and connect it again, procedure should continue.
if not, well, repeat from start.
5.
during testing period procedure will be free, however testing period will be very short ( until i wake up ) and credits will be taken after that,depending on testing results.
we tested service thoroughly and all went fine, but... well, you got idea.
no any warranty, your phone can be killed,etc,etc,etc.

- resurrection procedure will now work for totally erased s1 qualcomm-based phones FAQ [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] resurrection procedure example. - forgot to post, that starting from v1.12 setool2 will check for faulty cypress-based reader and refuse to run, if setool2 smartcard installed in such reader. There is no any workaround. Use om****y-based reader or other normal reader.

- no testpoint altbypass unlock procedure will work now for msm7227-based phones,which using MCUs with fixed security bug.
resurrection cables will NOT work for MCUs with fixed security bug. Because of this,
phones, which are already dead should be recovered using jtag box, which can write ORIGINAL semc boot.

- switch to usb interface was broken for DB200x phones, fixed.
- added few models to list, so users can use profiles for them.
