wala ba picture ng unit boss?

anyway try mo muna resset the phone via code,,
pres *2767*3855# wait until will reboot

but be4 doing this tell to ur custumer na ma eerase lahat na store sa unit nya like contact and video images..gudluck

boss ginawa kuna un wla prin..

at resolder kuna ang paa nya boss..wla prin.
