1. Added user code read and unlock code read for huawei g6603 and G6600.
2. Added "Extract unlock code from backup"
how it work, make calibration backup and after select this option in unlock tab and promt to backup directly.
Not all models supported but many supported.
3. Added read unlock code and user code for n281, vf547.
4. Added read user code and unlock code for zte r-221.
Small improve in file manager.
