In this new beta Apple introduced OTA (Over-The-Air) updating system which downloads only the new and changed codes saving you alot of download time. Sadly OTA feature can't be used by a jailbroken device.

    MucsleNerd  of iPhone dev-team tweeted that OTA won't work with jailbroken devices. Because of explicit check of Applications. This might be iPhone dev-team new mission.
